Return, Damage & Warranty Policy
Final Sale Policy
All products sold by Aéré Euca are sold on a final sale basis. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final and no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted except as expressly stated in this policy. Accepted returns will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect product selection

Incorrect size, color, model, or variant

Dissatisfaction with appearance or performance

Normal wear and tear
Damaged Products — Sole Exception
Returns or replacements are only accepted if the product arrives damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects.
To qualify for a damage-related claim, all of the following conditions must be met:

Damage must be reported within Fourteen days of confirmed delivery.

The product must be unused and in original condition.

Original packaging, including all components, accessories, inserts, and documentation, must be included.

Clear photographic and/or video evidence of the damage must be provided.

Valid proof of purchase is required.
Failure to meet any eligibility requirement will result in denial of the claim.
Definition of Damage
“Damage” is strictly defined as:

Structural or functional defects
-
Manufacturing defects
-
Shipping-related breakage occurring prior to delivery
The following are not considered damage and are not eligible for return or replacement:

Minor cosmetic variations or imperfections

Normal wear and tear
-
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling

Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance

Damage occurring after delivery

Unauthorized alterations or repairs
Inspection & Approval
All damage claims are subject to review and approval by Aéré Euca. We reserve the right to:

Request additional documentation or evidence

Reject claims that do not meet eligibility requirements

Determine, at our sole discretion, the appropriate resolution
Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.
Resolution
If a claim is approved, Aéré Euca will determine the resolution, which may include:

Replacement with the same or comparable item
-
Store credit
-
Refund to the original payment method
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within Seven business days following approval. Original shipping fees, handling fees, taxes, and other non-refundable charges are not refundable unless required by law.
Shipping & Risk of Loss

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in writing.

All returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.

Aéré Euca is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior written authorization will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
No Product Warranty
Aéré Euca provides no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability

Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose

Any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade
