Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Processing time does not include shipping time.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high shipping volume.

Aéré Euca is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been transferred to the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time status.

Accurate Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Aéré Euca is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon confirmed delivery, depending on the carrier’s policies.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Aéré Euca is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. While we may, at our discretion, assist with providing documentation, we do not guarantee replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Packages

If an item arrives damaged, customers must notify Aéré Euca within Fourteen days of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage.

Damage claims are subject to review and approval in accordance with our Return & Damage Policy.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless required by law.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by their country. Aéré Euca is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs processing.

Policy Changes

Aéré Euca reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
